Discover

Under this icon are fun rhymes, songs and use the discovery card. You'll see how all the vegetable heroes grow. You will also be introduced to little dog Lux who discovers vegetables. How fun is that! Did you know that by singing songs or reciting rhymes your child learns to link movements to music. And that when children discover vegetables with all their senses it has a positive effect on wanting to taste them.

Cooking Fun

Here you will find simple recipes with different vegetables. Cooking together encourages your little one to get started with vegetables in a fun way. Did you know that by touching, smelling (and of course tasting all kinds of delicious things in between) cooking has an effect on the amount of vegetables that "a difficult eater" dares to try?

Creative

You can find a cool coloring page for your child to do on their own or fun crafts to make together. By enjoying being busy with paper, a pair of (children's) scissors or pencils, your child learns small movements with the hands and stimulates creativity. Nice touch, right?

Facts

Under this icon you will find fun facts about the vegetable heroes. They also tell you about their superpowers. Little ones are often curious, therefore telling about food is always a success. Where does it come from, how can you eat it and what does it do for your body? Knowing more = eating more!

Fun

Below are games and jokes about vegetable heroes. This is how we give vegetables an extra fun factor. Did you know that games are not only fun, but can also cause your child to eat healthier?

Move

Here you will find exercise games where your child can let loose for a while. Does your toddler or preschooler do the movements on his own? Let it go, all movement is good! Toddlers and preschoolers like to be in motion. These games are not only fun, but also keep your child from sitting still for too long.

The Safari and Sea Adventure can be played by your child, with a little help. You perform the activities in the Living Lab Adventure together. Your toddler or preschooler clicks on the different icons in the 3 adventures to play fun and educational activities.
